What is Deal Caddy?

Deal Caddy is an online, membership-based group buying service brought to you by your good friends at GolfNow.com. It’s a great way to purchase very special offers ("Deals") on tee times, products, lessons and other cool golf experiences at some of the best courses in your area.

How much does it cost to join Deal Caddy?

It costs nothing to join. Plus, it is easy to sign up to receive our daily alerts about new Deals.

How can I participate in Deal Caddy?

Simply click the “Buy Now!” button next to the deal and you will be registered into the group purchase. Once you are in the deal, share it as much as possible with your buddies. Each promotion has a time limit and if the minimum number of buyers required to join the deal is not met the group buy won’t be tipped.

Are there minimums required for the deal to be activated?

Some deals may require a minimum number of buyers to allow our partners to offer better discounts on their services. The more people that join a deal the better the deal. We encourage you to share the deal with your friends.

How do I tip the deal?

In order to tip a deal, the deal must gather the minimum number of buyers before the time runs out. If we don’t meet the minimum, the deal is canceled and no one is charged. If we do meet the minimum, everyone gets the deal!

I got in the deal, what happens next?

Once the deal tips you will receive an email notification to let you know your credit card has been charged and how to redeem the offer. You may also access your Account at any time to see if your deal is ready to be redeemed. Simply log in, go to “Manage Account” and select “My Purchases” to find your deal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Will my card be charged right away?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the deal tips. If the deal has not tipped, we will only pre-authorize your card. If the deal doesn’t tip before it closes, the deal is canceled and no one is charged.

Is my credit card secure?

Absolutely! Your personal information is securely transferred electronically. All transactions are encrypted for increased security.

Are there maximums on the number of each deal available?

Some Deal Caddy deals may have a maximum number available for sale. This is to ensure that each partner has the capacity to redeem each and every deal sold. There may also be limits on the number of Deals each individual may purchase.

How do I know how much time is left to buy a deal?

The remaining time to get in on a deal is displayed above the “Buy Now!” button.

What happens once there is no more time to buy the deal?

Once the time runs out to buy the deal you can no longer get in on it.

I’m not getting emails from the Deal Caddy, what do I do?

If you have already signed up to receive deal alerts or created an account and aren’t receiving deal related emails from the Deal Caddy it could be due to your email provider blocking emails from us. Simply add dealcaddy@golfnow.com to your contacts or safe sender list and the emails should come through. Also, check your spam or junk folder as you may have inadvertently sent us there.

Why do I receive emails from the Deal Caddy, but when I attempt to log in it says “email is invalid”?

Chances are you’re only signed up to receive our email notifications but never fully registered for an account. It’s easy to do, simply click https://dealcaddy.golfnow.com/login and fill out the form on the right to register. You can use the email where you’re getting the Deals. This will make you a full-fledged user of the Deal Caddy with the ability to purchase Deals.

Are there any restrictions on the Deal Caddy deals? When do offers expire?

Any restrictions, including expiration dates, will be listed on each Deal Caddy deal page. Please be sure to read the deal's Fine Print for terms and restrictions before purchasing the deal.

How long are deals typically available for purchase?

Typically course deals run on Tuesdays and end on Sundays and Product deals will run Friday through Thursday. However, every so often we run special stay-and-play deals outside of those times so be sure to check the time remaining on each deal. Our Pro Shop offers are live for a longer period of time so check out the time remaining on each deal for more information.

Can I buy a deal as a gift?

Yes. When you are on the deal page, select the “Buy for a Friend” link. You’ll be asked to provide the name and email of your intended recipient and you’ll be given the option to include a special message. The recipient will receive an email explaining how to claim their gift after your account has been charged. In order to purchase gifts for more than one recipient or for you, they will need to be done in separate transactions.

What is the referral program and how does it work?

We’re giving our customers the ability to earn credits that can be applied toward future Deal Caddy purchases. All you have to do is Refer a Friend! Once your friend makes their FIRST Deal Caddy purchase within 30 days, you will receive a $5 Deal Caddy credit. It’s a great way to let your friends in on sweet golf deals and for you to earn some extra money that can be used on future purchases.

To refer a friend, go to the Referral Program page to obtain your personalized sharing link. After your friend registers with Deal Caddy and makes their first Deal Caddy purchase within 30 days, a $5 Deal Caddy credit will be added to your account and will be available for use on future Deal Caddy purchases. The best part? The more Friends you Refer, the more Credits you could Earn!

Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded. This referral program may be available only for a limited time, but credits earned will continue to be available after the incentive program ends.

Course Offer Questions

Are the Deal Caddy Course Offer deals returnable or refundable?

Each Deal shall have a “Purchase Value” (i.e., the actual amount you spent to purchase the Deal) and a “Promotional Value” (i.e., the total value of the Deal you purchased). The Promotional Value of the Deal will expire after the date noted on each individual Deal, but the Purchase Value of a Deal shall be valid for a much longer period of time (as determined by the Partner and in accordance with applicable law). For example, if you purchase a Deal with a Purchase Price of $50 for which you receive a “Stay and Play” package valued at $100, the Purchase Value of that Deal is $50 and the Promotional Value of that Deal is $100. Upon the Expiration Date of the Deal you will be unable to redeem the full “Stay and Play” package, but you will be able to redeem $50 (the Purchase Value) worth of goods/services/experience from the Partner, for so long as the Partner honors the Purchase Value. Can I cancel my Course offer purchase?

You may only cancel your purchase if the deal has not yet tipped. To cancel, contact Deal Caddy Customer Support at 800-332-8229.

What if the Course offer expires before I redeem?

Unfortunately, expired Deal Caddy deals can’t be redeemed. It is important to redeem your deal before the offer expires. After expiration, you may use the purchase value worth of goods/services/experience from the Partner.

I cannot find how to redeem in my account.

You cannot redeem a deal until after it has tipped by meeting the minimum number of buyers required. Once the deal tips there will be either a Print link to download and print a PDF voucher or a Redeem link that will allow you to redeem the deal online.

I got rained out at the course, what do I do?

What is the Deal Caddy Pro Shop?

The Deal Caddy Pro Shop features great deals on golf apparel, accessories, equipment and other golf-related products.

How can I get Free Shipping?

Free standard shipping applies on all continental U.S. product offers. Most orders cannot be shipped internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional fees will apply to any customer whose shipping address is located outside the U.S. Be sure to check the deal's Fine Print to see which shipping terms and return options are available for a particular item.

I bought something from the Deal Caddy Pro Shop, now what?

Be sure to check the deal’s Fine Print to find out shipping or redemption terms. This will also appear on your confirmation e-mail, which you should receive within a few minutes after you make your purchase.

Shipped Products: If your order prompts you to enter shipping information, the order will be delivered to that address. Typical orders are shipped 10-15 business days after purchase. If you have any questions, please refer the merchant phone number located on the confirmation e-mail.

Online Product Redemption: If your order provides a promo code, you will be given a link and directions for redemption on the merchant’s website.

When and how will my products arrive?

Unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print of the deal, goods may take 10-15 business days to arrive and tracking information will be provided whenever possible. Please check the Fine Print to view available tracking by heading to the My Purchases page.

Shipping and tracking options, along with shipping fees, will be stated in the deal’s Fine Print and may vary by offer. Most products purchased through Deal Caddy Pro Shop will be shipped to any state in the United States except Hawaii, Alaska, and internationally. Some deals have more restricted shipping options, while others may allow shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada. Check the deal’s Fine Print for shipping details.

Will I get my Pro Shop item in time for the holidays?

Most orders are shipped within 10-15 business days from the purchase date. If delivery is guaranteed by a certain date, it will be specified in the Fine Print. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that your order will arrive in time for any upcoming holidays or special occasions.

Can I return items I buy from the Pro Shop for a refund?

Unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print, all items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you receive your product and it is damaged or broken or missing a part, please contact the merchant through the phone number on your confirmation e-mail and they will be happy to exchange or replace it.

How do I return items I buy from the Pro Shop?

All returns will be handled directly by the merchant. Please contact the merchant through the phone number in your confirmation e-mail.

When do I get my money back from a returned Pro Shop product?

All items are final sale. If your product is defective, broken or missing a part and an exchange is not possible, the merchant may issue a refund. They will work with you directly to refund or exchange your order.

Whom do I contact with questions or concerns about my Pro Shop order?

Are Pro Shop products covered by a warranty?

The items sold in the Deal Caddy Pro Shop are provided as-is.
Although we do our best to make sure that the product descriptions on our site are accurate and complete, we cannot guarantee our merchant’s products.

Can I edit or cancel my Pro Shop purchase?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your purchase, please do so within 2 hours after making your purchase. Contact Customer Support at 800-332-8229 and they will be happy to assist you.

Is sales tax charged in the Pro Shop?

Yes, all items sold by Deal Caddy and shipped to any address in the United States are subject to sales tax. For your convenience, we’ve made all offers tax inclusive so the number you see on screen is the total payment due at check-out.

Can I buy from Deal Caddy Pro Shop in bulk?

Although we’d like to satisfy bulk orders, some products will be limited to a certain quantity per person. These limitations will always be listed in the Fine Print of each deal.

Shipping Questions

I made a purchase but haven’t received my product. Where is it?

To check your tracking number, please log into you Deal Caddy account, and visit the “my purchases” page. Your tracking number and the carrier should be listed. If your tracking information is not shown, it may still be in processing.

My package says it was delivered but I never received it, now what?

If your tracking information shows that it was delivered but you never received it, we recommend you look around for an attempted delivery notice and the location where your package should be delivered. Double check that someone else didn’t accept the delivery, and if you still cannot find it, we recommend to wait until the end of the day. Sometimes packages can show delivered when they’re still in transit.

My package shows as being undeliverable. What does this mean?

There are several reasons that could account for why your package is undeliverable. Below are a few of the main reasons:

  1. Incorrect address. If the address we received is incorrect or outdated, then your package will be returned to us.
  2. P.O. Boxes. If you are having your item shipped to a P.O. Box, sometimes the item is too large and we must have a street address to deliver it.

My tracking says they had a failed attempt at delivery. What does that mean?

Most carriers will make two to three attempts to deliver your package. If the package isn’t accepted after those attempts it will be shipped back to us.
